Project Overview
The Emergency Syria – Breaking the Barriers Program addressed the urgent need for humanitarian support in the wake of Syria’s ongoing civil crisis. In partnership with the Andrea Bocelli Foundation and UNHCR, this initiative focused on supplying vital basic necessities to millions of forcibly displaced Syrian families residing in refugee camps across Jordan. These families fled violence and instability, often with nothing, and the project sought to restore dignity and meet immediate survival needs through coordinated, compassionate action.
Beneficiary Profile
This initiative directly supported Syrian refugees—families and individuals who had been forced to flee their homes due to the prolonged and devastating conflict in Syria.
